Meet Max : Co-Founder

Max’s journey in South Florida’s real estate began after he received his Masters in Real Estate Development in 2010. Recognizing the area’s immense potential, he started to acquire multifamily properties and then started his property management business to cater to those who owned properties around his. Over time, Max realized one of the most important challenges to owning income producing property in South Florida: the lack of maintenance/repair vendors that uphold consistent quality of work, communication and affordability. He took it upon himself to start a home maintenance company and optimized the operation so he can serve his clients and properties the way he maintains his - all with affordability in mind.

Meet Mike : Co-Founder

Mike is a driven property manager and real estate professional with a deep commitment to team communication, integrity and long-term value creation. As the co-founder of FHM, Mike oversees maintenance operations for a diverse portfolio of residential properties across South Florida. His hands-on, people-first approach to property management has earned the trust of tenants, owners and nonprofit partners alike. Mike graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Accounting, equipping him with the financial discipline and analytical skills that now shape his strategic approach to property management. From budgeting and forecasting to maximizing NOI, he brings a numbers-first mindset to every decision—always with an eye toward long-term asset performance and operational efficiency.

Meet Thomas : Co-Founder

As a partner and Chief Marketing Officer at Florida’s Home Maintenance, Thomas brings a high-level strategic perspective to the multi-family property service industry. A South Florida native and Valdosta State University alumnus with a degree focused in marketing, his career is built on a foundation of data-driven strategy and brand growth. With over $100 million in career real estate transactions, Thomas blends his marketing expertise with deep commercial real estate and management experience. Today, he leverages these multi-faceted skills to drive brand innovation and operational excellence, ensuring the company remains the premier partner for property owners and managers throughout the region.
