Where Our Story Began
Max Granofsky - Co-Founder & President
Max’s journey in South Florida real estate began after he received his Masters in Real Estate Development in 2010. Recognizing the area’s immense potential, he started to acquire multifamily properties and then started his property management business to cater to those who owned properties around his. Over time, Max realized one of the most important challenges to owning income producing property in South Florida: the lack of maintenance/repair vendors that uphold consistent quality of work, communication and affordability. He took it upon himself to start a home maintenance company and optimized the operation so he can serve his clients and properties the way he maintains his - all with affordability in mind.
